摘要

In rodent acute pancreatitis, the effectiveness of single injection of bovine hemoglobin (HBOC) on pancreatic microcirculation and tissue damage was assessed. HBOC was more effective in restoring pancreatic microcirculation and reducing histological damage in severe acute pancreatitis than hydroxyethyl-starch or normal saline.
